Excellent customer service! They were out of black in this style. I emailed to request it, and the next day, black in the size we needed was on the site! Ordered 2!!! Great hat...my hubby's 4th one in 16 years...he wears it every day no natter the weather or occasion! I recommend this company 100%!!!!
