Refund policy
New, unwashed, unworn items must be returned for refund or exchange within 30 days of the original purchase. If your new purchase doesn't fit, if the color doesn't suit you or the new item has not been worn or washed, we'll happily exchange it for one of the right size or color. If the new unworn, unwashed, unhemmed or otherwise unmarked item isn't quite what you expected, we'll refund the purchase price. Refunds will be tendered to the original payment method. It may take 3-4 days for the return to be processed and another 5-7 days for the money to appear in your account (it's usually less).
Please include the Hat Habit's Returns Form sent with your order or a copy of your invoice along with a note explaining how we can satisfy you. Please be sure to include your Name, Address and Telephone Number in case we need to contact you. For security reasons, we do not keep credit card information. If you need a refund, please give us the credit card number and expiry date used for the original purchase.
