How to do a return:

We get it. Sometimes things just don't work out. If you are unhappy with your order, we are happy to accept a return or exchange within 30 days of its receipt of a new and unworn hat. Domestic and international customers are responsible for paying the shipping to exchange or return the item to our facility. If there is an issue such as a defect or damaged item please contact us at 1-636-724-4000 before sending any item back. As a courtesy to shoppers during Christmas, we extend our return policy during the months of December and January.
