Poor customer service

I ordered a large and received it on 5/26/26. It was too small so i looked and said returns were allowed within 30 days of original purchase date. I followed the instructions to initiate a return and sent email on 5/27/26. It asks to allow up to 48 hours for a response. I sent a follow up email on 6/1/26 because I had no response to my initial email, and sent 3rd email today and still nothing.
